  • Maintaining aged schedules of owners' receivables.
  • Paying vendors and other obligations of the association.
  • Prepare cash receipts and cash disbursements journals.
  • Prepare the general ledger.
  • Compile financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
  • Reconcile all bank accounts.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax returns.
  • Attend the annual budget meeting, to assist in presenting the budget proposal to unit owners.
  • Attend the annual unit owners' meeting to present the annual financial report.
  • Prepare the federal and applicable state income tax returns.
  • Consult on matters pertaining to the community association's financial management and accounting needs.

Several people in our condominium association accounting division have their community association manager's license.  All of our services are supervised by a CPA.
